Passenger Vehicle Safety

Level 2 Certificate in the Introduction to the role of the Professional Taxi and Private Hire Driver is the course you need if you want to transport passengers.

The course includes:

  • Health and safety in the taxi and private hire work environment
  • Road safety when driving passengers in a taxi or private hire vehicle.
  • Professional customer service in the taxi and private hire industry
  • Taxi and private hire vehicle maintenance and safety inspections.
  • The regulatory framework of the taxi and private hire industry
  • The transporting of parcels, luggage and other items in the taxi and private hire industries

Customer Service

Customer Service Level 1 and 2 are designed to give you the skills and knowledge if your planning on working with the general public in retail, hospitality or  any role working in a front facing role with customers.

The course includes:
